Shipping Policy
Every Truluxe order is processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a separate notification as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship via tracked courier services, with the following estimated transit times:
- United States: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 6–12 business days
- Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Note: these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on courier and destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window above, reach out to us at support@truluxe.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it right away.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Truluxe offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. You may return items — used or unused — within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged, email us promptly at support@truluxe.com with your order number and a photo showing the damage. We'll review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
