If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows, and the unenforceable part will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive the termination of this agreement. These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site. We may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, if we believe you've failed to comply with any term, and you'll remain liable for all amounts due through the termination date; we may also deny you further access to the Service.

Message frequency varies, and consent isn't a condition of purchase. To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us, or use the unsubscribe link provided. Alternative opt-out methods (e.g., different wording) won't be treated as valid requests. We don't charge for this service, but message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

We may change the phone number or short code used to operate this service and will notify you when we do. Messages sent to a changed number or short code — including STOP or HELP requests — may not be received, and we won't be liable for failing to honor such requests in that case.
